Pickle and I got into a spat the other day over another player attacking me. I TK'd in return violating your server rules. The last thing I think about when getting shot is "I should go get an admin," but I do realize I handled this badly.

I offer my apologies to Pickle and the admins who've had to deal with this crap.

In talking with Pickle about this now, he apparently got caught in my crossfire against a 3rd player who was team attacking me. He had no idea the player was attacking me and only saw me TK the other player and himself. My bad.

I found out after the fact Pickles is only 14. That certainly puts some things in perspective, and I think it would do more good for him to be around older and mature admins and get to watch and learn how to handle things rather than any sort of drastic punishment be taken towards him.

I started admining when I was 16 and am very grateful to those that took me under their wing and helped me along.

My apologies to Pickle and the admins who have had to take their time to deal with this crap.

Apparently this ban has been reinstated by an admin not originally involved. Would an admin please speak with me on TS when you get a chance?

Coming to me like you did here would have gotten you much better results.Instead when you asked why you were banned and I started to tell you, you tried talking over me.Then called me a f****ing toolbag?My advice to you would be to find another server.

I was requesting one of the 4 head admins who dealt with this problem originally.

You stated you banned me for reasons including "because your fellow admin had a complaint filed against him" and several other reasons, including "being stupid" which was the reason you gave when you banned me.

I was looking for someone a little more mature to handle this since you had no interest in having a civil discussion.

I came in with a polite attitude and you chewed me out when you had no place in the original problem to begin with.

When you started giving reasons that you had nothing to do with I did interrupt you and asked, "Did this involve you? Were you a part of it?" to which instead of replying a simple yes or no, you said, "Hey you asked me why I banned you, do you want to hear it not?"

I'm banned for the next 45 days and on a one year probation. Why the ban was lifted and I was allowed to play on the server I don't know, but once I heard I had an email I read that and chatted with LoxxX.

He and I had a civil conversation about it. Why couldn't you and I have?

I'm sure you had a good discussion with Loxx.He probably isn't so tightly wound as I am.Besides that if you had acted nearly as abrasively to Loxx as you had to me your discussion would not have been so nice.

The reason we didn't have a nice discussion is that I am not interested in it, as you said, past the point where you started interrupting me and calling names.Then the gloves came off.I know this facet of your attitude and I know that you came on to the UFE BF2 server and acted unaccordingly.

Mature or not, I'm still blowing cash on this server and it quite riles me that you come in here and whine after you got banned for acting like a spoiled schoolgirl.I'll ban anyone else that does the same until I am forced from having an admin account.

I'm a jerk.Deal with it or find another server.

well after seeing all of this I would like too talk to all that are invalved in this on ts some time soon i get on fry,sat and sundays i work out of town all week and this is what i come back to i put up most of the money for this server and it is in my name and i have a lot too say on this and i can talk batter then i can speel lol so satern eric gene and all come talk too me not aney one else plz MajorPIA_still the XO
